Course description |
This course discusses the broad spectrum of food and environmental issues that the world is currently faced with. The course is composed of two sections (15 weeks in total). The first section provides the current situations and challenges of food issues, while the second section explores those of environmental issues. |
Expected Learning |
The goal of this course is to deepen knowledge of various food and environments issues in the world. Students are expected to get motivated to learn their own fields and further carry out their own research, based on experiences through taking this course with which to expose themselves to various problems related to food and environments in modern society. |
