| This course provides students with the English communication skillsusing TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) It will address how each part of the TOEIC test relates to ommunication skills required in academic or business situations. It also covers how to use the test for daily English self-learning. This course is mandatory for first-year students as an introduction to the English curriculum of the University. |

| Prerequisites |
| This course carries 1 credit. In addition to 30 hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to study independently with Academic Express 3, an e-learning system available outside the university, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University. All students on this course are expected to take the TOEFL-ITP test at the end of June. Also students must attend at least 2/3 of the course in order to receive credit. If you are late for the class twice, it will be counted as one time of absence. |
