Course description
In Physics II, you learn the nature of waves. The nature of waves is one of the most fundamental things to understand in physics. Only by understanding the nature of waves can the properties of atoms and molecules that become the basis of chemistry and the many used in biotechnology. To understand measurement technology. In this sense, this lecture is positioned as the basis of all chemistry lectures and lectures related to analysis and measurement technology.
Expected Learning
1) Understand the basic properties of waves, how waves travel, reflection and refraction, diffraction, superposition principles,
Explain the resolution of microscopes and the principle of X-ray structure analysis.
2) Understand and explain Fourier series and Fourier transform as wave analysis methods.
3) Understand the dual nature of waves and particles, photoelectric effect, Lambert-Beer law, double slit experiment,
Explain why there are electron orbits around the nucleus.
4) Understand electric and magnetic fields and explain electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic waves.

Message from instructor(s)
The real pleasure of natural science, especially physics, is to explain many natural phenomena starting from a few principles and laws. If you memorize a formula that is guided along the way, a so-called formula, and use it as a starting point, you will not understand why. In this lecture, I will explain without skipping from the beginning, so please enjoy the story (logic development).
