Course description
This course mainly instructs the Mechanics, starting from a point mass system in one dimensional inertial frame.
"Mechanics" is the most basic part of physics and engineering. So, another aim of this course is to learn the way of physical thinking and approach.
Expected Learning
Can explain Newton's equation of motion, uniformly accelerated motion, energy, momentum, and angular momentum.

Corresponding criteria in the Diploma Policy:
See curriculum guide.
