Course description
This course provides the students with an introduction to classical mechanics. It covers the basic concepts of Newtonian mechanics and its application to several problems in the real world.
Expected Learning
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:
i) Understand the Newton’s equation
ii) Understand the concept of work and energy, angular momentum, and the rigid body dynamics
iii) Employ these concepts for solving the problems of classical mechanics
