Course description
In this lecture, we will outline the basic physical and chemical properties of various materials used in electric and electronic industries. I also introdeuce some examples of device application of the materials. Through this lecture, I intend to give the knowledge of fundamental material and device application technologies, which will be indispensable for researchers and engineers working in the electric and electronic fields in the future.
Expected Learning
