Course schedule
The nutritional requirements and managements of the modern pigs and chickens exhibit changes owing to improvements of the genetic selection and breeding, which resulted in further improvement of the growth rate, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and meat yield. However, it is the limiting point to produce the animal meat that the appropriate managements and feeds was not completely determined in animals.
