Course description |
The goal of this course is to understand fundamental theory and methods of international rural development and rural area. In this course, learn the international rural development and rural area. In this field multidisciplinary approaches are important. We introduce the relationships between rural development and environmental science. This course is offered in English. |

Students are expected to learn fundamental theory and methods of the international rural development and rural area. Competency development: Multicultural understanding, Global awareness, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Knowledge on Science and Technology. |

2 credits The presentations in English are necessary in this course. In addition to 30 hours you spend in the class, you are recommended to prepare for and review the classes, using the handouts provided and spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University for each class. |
