Course description |
This course provides students with the outline, significance, environment, and specific work on intellectual property (IP) management essential for realizing innovation. Students will understand the current situation that IP management is widely demanded and learn it based on organizational management. In the latter half, this course will cover open innovation-oriented IP management, including public research institutes such as universities. Students will acquire not only the basic knowledge of diverse intellectual properties such as patents but also the ability to draw scenarios for finding and solution in IP management through business cases and group exercises. The lecturer of this course has the firsthand experiences on tehcnology management. |
Expected Learning |

Prerequisites |
In addition to 30 hours in the class and the activities described above, students are required to prepare for and revise the classes spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University. |
