| This course train the ability to summarize, evaluate, and develop the contents in the scientific papers through preparation of the abstracts and discussion about them. |
| Expected Learning |
| Students will acquire the ability to understand the contents in the scientific papers correctly and explain them to others intelligibly. |
| Course schedule |

The students have to prepare the abstracts of the recently published papers (in 2018 and 2019) in the following fields in advance and send them to Dr. Nakano via e-mail (k_nakano@cc.tuat.ac.jp). (1) Transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions (2) Transition-metal-catalyzed polymerization (3) Functional polymer materials (4) Synthesis, functions, and applications of organic semiconductors (5) Synthesis, functions, and applications of organic light-emitting materials In each class, the students present the abstract and discuss with other students and Dr. Nakano about them |
