Course description |
In the doctor's program, ongoing research and obtained results will be presented. In addition, introducing related information will be discussed with a faculty adviser and its research members leading to the development of own research. Way of research will be also acquired. Students in Doctor course Year-2 must complete this course as compulsive. *Language is depend on the decision by the supervisor. |
Expected Learning |
Participants will be expected to achieve followings; 1) discussion and writing in engineering style 2) research on articles, 3) plan and revise the research program 4) perform experiment 5) data analysis 6) discussion * See the Curriculum maps. |
Course schedule |
In each laboratory, this seminar will be held. In a periodical meeting and seminar, experimental and numerical results presented will be discussed, considering ongoing research standpoint and clarifying the significance of research. If a problem occurs, through discussions, changing a plan leading to the better research and preparing a public presentation on the acquired results will be executed. |
Prerequisites |
In addition to standard activity hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the lecture handouts |
