Course description

What should you do for forming your carrier plan? Needless to say the first priority is to enhance is a research capability as a PhD holder. In addition to that you are expected to acquire a wide range of knowledge, experiences and skills. Weekly-class would be expected to managed by a class attendee who picks a topic up. In order to establish an entire life principles, we will read an autobiography who established an unique business career based on his own principles. 【Pickup items】 Private company, Mission, Stakeholders, CSR/CSV, Organization, Management, Compliance etc.

Expected Learning

・To understand an importance of corporate mission/credo. ・To understand what a company contributes for society and yourself. ・To get a knowledge about company for preparing the future job hunting. ・To acquire a capabilities on class-management.

Course schedule

Basically every Wednesday from 2:45PM to 4:15PM ＠Koganei or Fuchu The first class will be held at Koganei LGS Room * To confirm the class purpose and to talk about the class contents hereafter. The 2nd to 7th: Item, date & venue would be confirmed at the first class. The final(8th) class, each attendees are requested to unveil one's own life-time three or four principles.
