Course description
This course is intended to provide both international students (STEP and IMS) and Japanese graduate students with an innovative and inclusive scope on the Advances in Mechanical Systems Engineering. The course consists of fourteen 90 minutes classes and all lectures are given in English by selected speakers in various field of Mechanical Systems Engineering.

Prerequisites
In addition to standard activity hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the lecture handouts

Assessment/Grading
Final report is evaluated mainly, and participation attitude is also considered.
Depend on the period length as the participant, the submission limit of the final report is set.
(IMS students should submit the report by the middle of December, and most STEP students should submit the report by the end of January, for example. The due date should be confirmed)
(Credits will be changed by the length of the period as participant)
