Course description |
Conduct in intensive lecture form. We will consider the actual conditions of museum activities and operations in Japan through comparison with overseas museum activities. Specifically, the history and concept of the introduction of museum management theory, administrative and financial theory, the way of facilities and equipment, staff theory, museum management, museum ethics, crisis management, public relations marketing way of thinking, cooperation between museums and citizens (different Industry exchange) To learn about the activities of the school including the issue submission. |

By looking at the current situation, we will provide an overview of the future of museum management. ・ Human resources of the museum. Identify the relationship between the curator and the people who support the museum. ・ Museum facilities and equipment. Organize the main in-house facilities and learn about the features and activities of the hall. ・ Financial system and finance 1 National Museum. Discuss the efforts of the National Hall from becoming an independent administrative corporation. ・ Public finance system and finance 2 public museum.
