Backed by the growing importance of teaching work in modern society, it is necessary to acquire the significance of teaching jobs, the role of teachers, capabilities of abilities, job contents, etc, to raise motivation for teaching, further judge aptitude, Understand how to do. |
Expected Learning |
(1) Significance of teaching work General goal: To understand the social significance of today's school education and teaching in Japan. Attainment target: 1) I understand the purpose of public education and the significance of the existence of teachers who are the guardians. 2) Understanding occupational characteristics of teaching profession through comparing with other occupations for career selection. (2) The role of teachers General goal: Understand the role and qualification abilities required of today's faculty based on the trend of education. Attainment target: 1) Understand the role of teachers today, based on the changes in teacher views. 2) I understand the fundamental qualities required of today's teachers. (3) Duties of faculty members General goal: Understand the overall picture of the content of the teacher's job and the obligation on the duty and status imposed on the faculty. Attainment target: 1) I understand the overall picture of teacher's duties including schooling other than guidance and guidance for infants, children and students. 2) I understand the significance of instructor training and the position on institution and the necessity of continuing learning throughout my life in order to properly perform my duties as a professional. 3) I understand duties and status obligations on duties and status and status guarantee that will be imposed on faculty members. (4) Response to team schools General goal: Under the expansion and diversification of school roles, we understand the necessity for schools to collaborate with experts inside and outside, to deal with them separately.
