| Students learn the features and characteristics of natural disaster. Students learn the basics of meteorology and soil mechanics which are deeded to understand the natural disaster. |

1. Class guidance and natural disaster example 2. Basic theory of meteorology. The atmosphere circulation, Coriolis force, westerlies wind, a monsoon, the typhoon 3. Meteorology basics. Periodic wind, a world climate, climate change 4. Slope failure and landslide. Soil erosion, the transportation of the earth and sand, 5. Slope safety factor and the basic of soil mechanics 6. Recent natural disasters, earthquake, flood, and volcano 7. Student presentation for the natural disasters |
