Course description |
A special subject of En. Clothes, food, and housing are the three main elements needed for a comfortable life. For the living environment (housing), there are physical environmental issues such as daylighting, temperature / humidity environment, noise issues and countermeasures, indoor air pollution represented by the terms VOC and sick house syndrome, Outlines chemical and biological environmental problems such as mold and termite damage caused by various conditions and countermeasures. He also talks about the energy and equipment consumed in houses. |

I will be in charge of Ando (1.-10.) → Omi (11.-15.) In the following order. 1. Living environment is the purpose and composition of the Building Standards Act 2. Purpose and composition of construction ordinances and rules 3. Legal procedures and flow until housing is built 4. Matters and designs restricted by the Building Standards Law 5. Enforcement of the law on defective homes and the promotion of housing quality assurance, etc. 6. Definition and division of light, measurement method, sunlight and sunlight 7. How to find shade for buildings, lighting and lighting equipment 8. Temperature sensation, measuring method of temperature and humidity, heat transmission and its calculation method, heat insulation, room temperature adjustment method, humidity and humidity control 9. Definition and measurement method of sound and noise, basic properties of propagation, measures and evaluation of sound insulation and sound absorption 10. Acceptable standards depending on area and building type, reverberation required for comfortable indoor sound environment 11. Definition and performance of high airtightness and high heat insulation, problems, energy saving 12. Allergies and their causes, VOC and TVOC regulations 13. Prerequisites |
It is desirable to have basic knowledge of physics, chemistry, and biology. Students are recommended to spend the standard amount of time as specified by the University |

Lectures will be given in the order of Ando → Omi. The first few talks are about the law, but please listen hard. Please note that the method of attending and setting the report depends on the teacher. As this lecture progresses, the perspective on cityscapes and homes will change. |
