Course description |
・To complete this course is a condition to enter the teaching profession. ・This course is one of the options of the subjects of the humanities or the social science. ・Students will learn the basic knowledge of the constitution; the general remarks of the constitution, such as the concept of the constitution,constitutionalism, the history of the constitution, the amendment of the constitution, pacifism, and so on, and the methods of the protection of the constitutional rights. |
Expected Learning |
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to: ・Explain and enter to the argument of the basic knowledges of the constitution which an applicant for the teaching profession and a cultured person must master ・Understand the fundamental plinciple of the constitution, such as 〝 what the constitution is〟 ・Have a deep understanding of the actuial methods of the protection of constitutional rights ・Compentency Development: Autonomy, Intercultural Understanding, Global Awareness, Ability to Explore Knowledge, Academic Ethics" |

Students may have already cirtain knowledges of the constitution through the high school education and the media. But students will learn the constitution more fundamentaly and broadly. |
