Prerequisites |
This lecture is a series of chemistry courses, following "Basic Chemistry", "Organic Chemistry in Life Science I" and "Organic Chemistry in Life Science II". You are encouraged to take those lectures for the “Medicinal Chemistry”. |
Required Text(s) and Materials |
Wade Organic Chemistry (Maruzen) and Supplementary materials. |
References |
Some texts and Books will be introduced in the course. |
Assessment/Grading |
Evaluation will be made based on the results of the report (30%) and the final exam (70%). |
Message from instructor(s) |
Why do drugs work? Understanding of the mode of actions of drugs will lead the new discovery of another drugs. You will learn the mechanism and design strategy with molecular level. I will check and return the submitted home-work with some comments, especially focusing on the electron arrow. Please review carefully and use these occasions for understanding the contents in the course. |
