Course description |
The purpose of this course is to understand the techniques using geoinformatics (remote sensing and GIS) that can effectively process, display and analyze spatial information that is important in the field of agriculture and environmental field research, and acquire the basic technology. Deepen the understanding of the significance and role of spatial information analysis technology, basic principles of the map projection, coordinate systems, numerical terrain models, spatial information analysis methods and simulation methods. In addition, will introduce the latest technologies such as laser scanning from aircraft and ground and drone. |
Expected Learning |
Applicants will enable fundamentals natural environment analysis by using global environmental data (mainly optical satellite data) provided as open data and spatial analysis software published by open source.
