Course description
This class provides the series of lectures for acquiring the basic knowledge necessary to understand the academic fields of applied life chemistry and physiological biochemistry. Lecture on omnibus forms on fundamental knowledge and techniques in each specialized areas such as food functional science, enteric bacteria and hosts, microbial medications, cancer care, sugar related enzymes, glycobiology, plant metabolism control, eucaryotic microorganisms. Students will deepen their knowledge and solutions on applied life chemistry and physiological biochemistry through lectures and group discussions.
Expected Learning
To develop basic knowledge and application skills necessary to understand academic fields of applied life chemistry and physiological biochemistry.
