Course description |
The objective of this class is to deepen the understanding of current status and issues in agriculture, agricultural and rural development, food and nutrition security, environmental conservation, poverty reduction, international cooperation, etc. through comparative review of case studies in Asia and Africa. |

Course schedule |
Deliver a lecture on the agriculture, agricultural and rural development in Asia and Africa. Conduct a workshop on issues and measures concerning agricultural and rural development. Students to submit a report based on what you have learnt in the class. The schedule of 2018 course will be announced later. (Schedule of 2017) 1~5. Prerequisites |
Students entering this class are assumed to have had learned plant physiology and statistics. Students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the university in addition to the attendance of lecture. |
