Food is apparent that issues of dietary strongly reflect the situation of a society and the way of living of people. In this sense, the dietary or food does have a significant impact on the development of a person. In this course, we will explore the present situation and possibility of Shokuiku/Shokuno education, considering the essential meaning of the human act of “eating”.

The goal of this class is to learn the basic theories and latest theories of environmental Education.

In this class, you need to report the article about the basic doctrine of Food-education and the educational methods.
