Course description |
In order to bring up researchers with broad scientific vision, a detailed bibliographic survey, material preparation followed by a oral presentation would be performed by each student in the masteral program. The students should have to chose a topic different from their research theme. |
Expected Learning |
(1) To acquire the skills to communicate own research outcome to other researchers. (2) Ability to conduct professional discussions. |
Course schedule |
The students should make a bibliographic survey on a topic different from their research theme based on the latest scientific literature. The findings from the survey should be summarized into a report which need to be orally presented whereafter with a discussion section. In the discussion section, the students should have to answer all the questions from a scientific point of view. |

Assessment/Grading |
The grade evaluation in this online class is premised on all attendances, and comprehensively evaluates the attitude to learn, quizzes, report, and online tests. Standard study time set by the our university is required to get the grade. The rate of evaluation is as follows: performances on class participation (30%), presentation(30%) and discussion(40%).Grade will be given according to the following criteria by comprehensive evaluation: S: 90 points or more, A: 80 or more and less than 90 points, B: 70 or more and less than 80 points, C: 60 or more and less than 70 points. |
