Course description

This course will contribute to acquiring abilities and knowledge necessary for an engineer with wide viewpoints. Through an internship in a company, government office, students experience various practical works.

Expected Learning

1) Practical skills and techniques by involved in practical works along the plan 2) Study and research will be established through the internship experience. Expected Learning is the acquisition of "design ability" such as problem setting ability, conceptual ability, creativity, planning / implementation ability, integration ability, expression ability, and communication ability.

Course schedule

Weeks 1 to 10: Internship orientation and Determination of the work organization Weeks 11 to 20: Internship Weeks 21 to 30: Submission of an internship report and Presentation on the internship report

Guidance of internship.

As the internship progresses, reference books will be provided.

Assessment/Grading

Internship report, assessment by mentors in the working organization, and oral presentation on the internship are evaluated. Grades are evaluated on S, A, B, C, D, with D failing.
