Course description |
In order to bring up researchers with broad scientific vision, a detailed bibliographic survey, material preparation followed by a oral presentation will be performed by each student in the masteral program. |
Expected Learning |
After completing this course the students should be able to answer the questions concerning the topics of optical measurements and related subjects. |
Course schedule |
The students should make a survey of the topics on optical measurements and related subjects. The findings from the survey should be summarized into a report which need to be orally presented. In the Lab seminar, the students should answer all the questions from the members based on a scientific point of view. 1. Orientation 2. Choosing a research topic 3. Research planning 4 - 10. The students will be evaluated by their performances on class attendance, presentation and discussion. 【Grade evaluation in the case of online class (The evaluation criteria are subject to change )】 The grade evaluation in this online class is premised on all attendances, and comprehensively evaluates the attitude to learn and their report. Standard study time set by the university is required to get the grade. The rate of evaluation is as follows: The performances on class attendance, presentation and discussion:.100%. Grade will be given according to the following criteria by comprehensive evaluation: S: 90 points or more, A: 80 or more and less than 90 points, B: 70 or more and less than 80 points, C: 60 or more and less than 70 points. |
