Course description |
Management Strategy consists of Corporate Strategy and Business Strategy. Technology strategy is the part of business strategy. Technology strategy is the highest priority for the munufactureing company due to the establishment of the competitive advantage and sustainable competitiveness. Technology strategy covers total business process so that we should focus on the total business process technology development, but total value chain. In order to be the new business from the created new technology, it is required to have the concreate technology strategy due to the conversion of the innovation from real corporate value. That is the reason technology strategy is the key driver of the competitive sustainable growth for the company and how to plan and execution of the technology strategy is the big issue . |

Assessment/Grading |
1) Grade Evaluation Criteria: Class Discussion 50%, Report 25%, presentation 25%, 2) Report evaluation criteria: Degree of comprehension of class contents, Consideration from various angles, Practical application performance, Essay performance, Effort to making Essay, 3) Over 70% of attendance & all Report submission are requested. [ Online lecture and measurement of performance] The grade evaluation in this online class is premised on all attendances and comprehensively evaluates the attitude to learn, quizzes, report, and group presentation. Standard study time set by our university is required to get the grade. The rate of evaluation is as follows: Normal score: 50%, quizzes, and assignment reports (three times): 25%, and online group presentation: 25%. The grade will be given according to the following criteria by comprehensive evaluation: S: 90 points or more, A: 80 or more and less than 90 points, B: 70 or more and less than 80 points, C: 60 or more and less than 70 points. |
