This course is intended to discuss the issues related to the organization and its management for executing the leadership in the R&D institutes of companies, universities and in public research institutes, and learn the basic skills. In this course, we learn not only the basic knowledge and skills related to research organization management, but also the practical organization management. |
| Expected Learning |
|
(1) To understand the basic frame and the theory involved in the organization management (2) To acquire the ability to consider the differences of organization and management, and the factors that cause them among the R&D institutes of companies, universities and public research institutes. (3) To acquire the knowledge of marketing analysis that is necessary for R&D management. |

| Prerequisites |

Although no special knowledge is necessary, it is recommended to take "Research Project Management " (The first half year) as a set. Especially students who are going to work in the research and development in companies, public research institutions and now engaged there should take this course as much as possible. |

| Only students who attend the classes more than 70% times are evaluated. They are evaluated as five levels with S, A, B, C, and D. |
