Course description
For the second-half course of the doctor course, the students have to report the progress of on-going research and the result obtained, then, and to introduce related knowledge, questions, etc. Debate with supervisor and laboratory members about them will be done and the findings will be used for progress of research for more advance finding.
Expected Learning
As this seminar related to graduate school 3rd year of Doctor course, the students will be able to summarize the entire research findings and brush-up their engineering skills more and more. By taking this seminar, the students will be able to prepare for writing Journal papers and international proceedings paper.
Course schedule
It will carry out in each laboratory.
While clarifying positioning of the research carried out so far will be presented in the meeting/seminar in the laboratory performed periodically, By presenting and reconfirming the meaning of research and arguing about the experimental results, discussion with the supervisor and laboratory members will be done. For further presentation in a wider place, we will ask the students to prepare presentation in an international meeting.

Assessment/Grading
The supervisor in each laboratory evaluates the validity of the result of research.
Message from instructor(s)
In order to obtain PhD degree, the students need to summarize the final findings and write final Journal papers and present them in either national or international. It means at least 2 international proceedings papers also are necessary.
