Course description
Professors who belong to “BASE” introduce their research subject and their current progress, to the students with various different backgrounds.
Expected Learning
It is necessary for the students to interest in various issues other than their own area of expertise and to take on various problems with multiple perspectives.

Course schedule
The contents of this course (up to 12 times)and professors who give the courses are different every year. All the students are requested to learn under the thoughts with following points. Some courses will be provided by e-learning system.
(1) Research fields which compose of Bio-applications and Systems Engineering
(2) The concepts and techniques of each research field
(3) Process and methodology for collaboration between the different research field
(4) Process and methodology for planning of new research projects
