Course description |
Research is done in each laboratory to improve research ability through practical research and to learn professional knowledge as a graduate student in the doctor course. This course is included in Thesis Research etc. of the curriculum of the Department of Bio-Functions and Systems Science. Students in Doctor course must complete this course as this is compulsory. |
Expected Learning |
Students who successfully completed this course will be able to conduct research and literature survey related to ones' doctor thesis to the extent expected for a graduate student in the doctor course. Corresponding criteria in the Diploma Policy: See the Curriculum maps. |

Assessment/Grading |
Grading will be done by evaluating the results of the literature survey, the thematic analysis, and the research work (100%). The evaluation will be made by examining whether the students have acquired correct understandings of the materials dealt in the course and can clearly explain them by their own words. |
