・July, 10, 2020 (Fri) 10:00 ?, The 2nd meeting room, 4th floor, Main building of United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, TUAT → There is a possibility that the course will be changed to the second semester. We will update this information as soon as it is decided. Plant hormones: physiological roles, action mechanism and application in agriculture. Plant growth, development and response to environmental signals are regulated by various plant hormones. Last 10 years, our knowledge on plant hormone biology has been surprisingly increased by using novel technologies of molecular genetics, analytical chemistry and developmental biology. In this course, I will talk about the roles of plant hormones, mainly auxin and cytokinin, in plant development and adaptation to environment at molecular and chemical basis. I also introduce the recent progress in the field of plant hormone biology. ・There is a possibility of changing to online lectures. |
