Course description |
The program will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in The 2nd meeting room, 4th floor, Main building of United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, TUAT. In this lecture, based on wood materials science, pulp and paper science, and cellulose science, we will understand the hierarchical structure from macro to micro of plant biomass, and the materials that make use of their respective hierarchical structures. This is a lecture course to acquire advanced specialized skills in the field of symbiotic science of environment and natural resources by learning cutting-edge knowledge and technology in agriculture. |
Expected Learning |
You can describe the use of the hierarchical structure and its structure of plant biomass. See the curriculum map for course guidance. |
Course schedule |
The contents of the class are as follows. (1) Hierarchical structure of plant biomass (2) structure and properties of wood materials (3) structure and properties of paper material (4) structure and properties of cellulose nanofibers |
Prerequisites |
In addition to 7.5 hours of class time and the time required to prepare reports, etc., you should refer to the lecture materials and reference books distributed, and prepare and review according to the standard number of hours of the University. |
Required Text(s) and Materials |
This class distributes the necessary materials during class. |
