Course description |
-July 16, 2020 (Thu) 10:00〜 → There is a possibility that the course will be changed to the second semester. We will update this information as soon as it is decided. -This lecture deals with (1) engineering on soil/land and water as infrastructures for agriculture and environment, and (2) planning and management of rural environment. Specifically, this lecture focuses on the balance between agriculture, water and ecosystems for sustainable development. -This lecture aims at capacity development in the field of agricultural and environmental engineering by learning state-of-the-art knowledge and technologies in agriculture. -Lectures are delivered mainly by the instructor, with some short presentations by students.(There is a possibility of changing to online lectures.) |
Expected Learning |
Students are expected to learn: -the balance between agriculture, water resources and ecosystems -how to assess fish habitat based on physical habitat conditions *Corresponding criteria in the Diploma Policy: See the Curriculum maps. |
