What is diversity? In this course, we will explore diversity from the perspective of an astrophysicist and study the nature of diversity. Also, we will deepen our understanding of the significance of diversity from a corporate perspective and consider the significance of diversity communication. Finally, as excellent leaders, we will study the points to demonstrate leadership in a diverse team through workshops. |

Summary and Report submission * Lecture 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7: Classes will be conducted online via Zoom. * Lecture 3, 4, and 8: Students will work on their own assignments. * All lectures will be given in English. |
