Course description
Outline: Attendance learn diagnosis, treatment and prevention of various reproductive disorders such as secretion abnormality of hormone which controls reproductive function, abnormality of reproductive organs, abnormality of pregnancy / parturition / postpartum in domestic animals.
Goal: Learning diagnosis, treatment, prevention of livestock reproductive disorder systematically.

This lecture is provided by a faculty member with practical experience.
The professor has veterinary clinical experience in veterinary medicine, and introduces clinical cases related to the veterinary reproduction.
Expected Learning
To understand the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention in reproductive disorders of domestic animals.

1.Outline of the reproductive disorder in farm animals
2.Outline of Reproductive disorder in male
3.Disorder of testes, accessory genital gland
4.Congenital abnormality of female reproductive tract
5.Diseases of vulva and vagina
6.Diseases of uterus and oviduct
7.Ovarian disease (Ovarian subfunction, Ovarian cyst)
8.Ovarian disease (abnormal estrus, ovulation failure, luteal hypoplasia, persistent corpus luteum, etc.)
9.Early embryo death and repeat breeding
10.Management failure causing the reproductive disorder
11.Diseases during the pregnancy (abortion, premature birth, stillbirth)
12.Diseases during the pregnancy (dropsy of fetal membranes, Congenital abnormality, vaginal prolapse, uterine torsion)
13.Diseases in puerperal period (dystocia, uterine prolapse)
14.Diseases in puerperal period (retained fetal membranes、lochiometra, Puerperal fever, milk fever)
