Course description |
The objective of this course is to develop communication skills and to learn basic Japanese for everyday life in Japan. Students are expected to learn everyday conversations and Japanese culture with a variety of multimedia materials. They are also expected to acquire basic knowledge of Japanese grammar and learn how to use it in appropriate contexts through various class activities. |

Prerequisites |
This course carries 1 credit. In addition to 30 hours you spend in the class, and 10 hours in completing assignments and presentation preparation, you are expected to prepare for, and review, the classes spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University for each class, using the handouts and the reference books specified below. |
