Course description
Vegetation is fundamental components of the ecosystem. In this course, students will learn theoretical background and practical methods for vegetation manegement, with ecological features and conservation values of various types of vegetation.
Expected Learning
The goal of this course is to understand;
1. Diversity of vegetation in Japan and its present condition.
2. Relationship between plant community and environmental factors or human impacts.
3. Basic concept of vegetation management and practical methods in accordance with the purpose and target.
