Course description
Fundamental and Practice of Machine Design II is a specialized subject for students learning Robotics & Intelligent Machine Design.
A synthetic evaluation is required for mechanical design based on mechanical engineering, demand / technology forecast, safety / environment precaution, production / distribution planning and so on. In this class, the goal is to apply systems approach to mechanical design and to acquire valuable methods for mechanical design.
Expected Learning
・Application of systems approach to mechanical design
・Acquisition of valuable methods for mechanical design
・Having a sense of professional ethics and responsibility for mechanical design
Corresponding criteria in the Diploma Policy: See the Curriculum maps.
