Teachers from Food Animal Medicine and Food Safety research Center will provide extensive and deep knowledge of Food Safety.

Expected Learning |
Students learn various measures to ensure food safety and security based on livestock hygiene, food hygiene, and public health, regarding the entire food chain and understand the issues related to “food safety” and their solutions.

Course schedule |
Lectures will be given in detail on hazardous factors, their control methods, and related regulations. In addition, lecture on advanced knowledge and countermeasures required for veterinarians engaged in food safety.
