In this course
At first, crystal structure and theory of the electronic structure of crystal studied in the solod state physics were reviwed
Creation of electron, the principal of the lens of the electron microscope were expleined.
Finally mmany analitical method using electrons are explined.
This course is elective course。s
Expected Learning
Students will understand the principals of the analytical methods in the material science using electrons.
Students can discuss about the experimental data using the analytical method using electrons.
