Course description
In the development of new drugs, preclinical studies using experimental animals is essential.
In the medical area, animals showing pathological abnormalities known as disease model animals from being used for the purpose of development of a pathology analysis and the prevention and treatment methods. Artificially prepare a pathology or symptom "experimental development model", it is classified as a genetically spontaneously develop pathological abnormalities "Spontaneously model" and "disease models that have been produced using genetic engineering techniques." In this lecture, teach about these disease models.
