Course description |
■Lecturer: Prof.Ken Giles (UC Davis, USA)(Planned) ■Description: Dr. Ken Giles, who specializes in Agricultural Engineering, has taught scientific writing at the Graduate School in UC Davis for years. He will provide the same and customized lectures for TUAT students. Students improve English skill for writing and oral presentation through practical exercises. They also learn how to plan, execute, and develop research projects and deepen the understandings of the ethics of scientific research. |
Expected Learning |
Students are expected to develop their ability to make a research plan, apply for grants, conduct the research ethically and efficiently, collaborate with companies, and publish or present the results to the readers or audiences clearly and precisely. |
