May 26, 2021 (Wed) 09:00〜16:00 May 27, 2021 (Thu) 09:00〜16:00 *This course will be held online (Zoom) in order to prevent the spreading of COVID-19. The details will be announced to the registered students. The series of "Special Lectures for Innovation Advancement I - V" is an opportunity for the students to condier and learn about the processes, examples, and abilities necessary to connect ideas based on research and science to the real society, to initiate innovation, and to create and establish newvalue. The course is offered to first through third year doctoral students. The course theme: “What is innovation?” Aiming at development of advanced human resources and innovative scientists, we will provide the lectures for from the first to third year students of United Graduate School of Agriculture to learn broadly about the basics of innovation, steps of the realization, planning ability, problem solving ability, ethics, and sociability. It will be the opportunity for the students to think about how they can utilize their researches to contribute to the society. This lecture will be held in Japanese. |
Expected Learning |
- Understand the basics of innovation such as the definition, theory, and examples, and be able to explain it by your own words. - Be able to understand and plan the steps to lead innovation and contribute with the research outcome to it based on you research. - Renew the knowledge of research ethics and obtain the necessary knowledge and attitude to work actively in the society as the highly qualified innovators.
