Crop productivity is determined by many factors, and the technologies required to improve productivity in actual production sites are diverse. In this lecture, several efforts to improve productivity at farmers’ field in developing countries are introduced, so that participants can understand the importance of taking a comprehensive view of crop production field. In addition, application of cut-edge technology to agriculture in developing countries is discussed.
Expected Learning
(1) To understand the knowledge of yield determinant factors of crops and their analysis methods.
(2) To consider the social implementation of the cutting-edge technologies they are working on in agricultural production.
