Course description

・ December, 14, 2021 (Tuesday) 10:00 ? ・ Online lecture ・ To acquire the knowledge necessary for understanding the latest research in the field of biomolecule analysis. Students will also learn knowledge about problem solving to carry out research on biomolecule analysis.

Expected Learning

・Understand the separation and purification of biomolecules ・Understand how to analyze the structure and function of biomolecules ・The goal is to be able to apply these in actual research.

・ Definition and classification of carbohydrates ・ Polysaccharides in plant cell wall ・ Carbohydrates-active enzymes from fungi ・ Practical applications of carbohydrates and carbohydrates-active enzymes
