This course provide the basic theory of meteorology necessary in order to maintain and manage the farm land. The first half, the meteorological factors, transfer of heat and moisture, photosynthesis will be discussed. The second half, the formation of local climate and its application to crop production and meteorological disaster for agriculture will be discussed. This is part of the Courses of Production Technology in the Department of Biological Production. |
| Expected Learning |
|
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to: Describe the nature of the meteorological factors properly. Quantitatively explain the effects of meteorological factors is on the growth of the crop. Quantitatively explain the effect of crop canopies on the meteorological factors. Knowledge of mathematics III for senior high school. In addition to 15 hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the texts as well as the references specified below. |
