This is part of the Courses of Animal Production Science, and its completion is recommended for students in the Department of Biological Production. Insects have over million of the species, and account for over 70% of all known living animal species. Students will learn to recognize the relation with insect and agriculture by learning the entomological basics. |

| Students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the lecture handouts as well as the references specified below. You should go to the insectarium in Tama zoo and you have to submit an assignment to the instructor. |
