Course description
In this class, students will learn fundamental and typical chemical experiments in the field of analytical, physical, inorganic and organic chemistry.
Expected Learning
It is essential for students in the science course to learn basic theory and techniques in chemical experiments.
Course schedule
You will learn the following eight themes.

1. Guidance and Lecture
2. Analytical Chemistry I (Qualitative Analysis in Inorganic Chemistry)
3. Analytical Chemistry II (Acid-Base Equilibrium)
4. Inorganic Chemistry I (Oxidation-Reduction Titration)
5. Inorganic Chemistry II (Synthesis and Reaction of Inorganic Compounds)
6. Physical Chemistry I (Phase Equilibrium)
7. Physical Chemistry II (Quantitative Analysis in Physical Chemistry)
8. Organic Chemistry I (Synthesis of Liquid Organic Compounds)
9. Organic Chemistry II (Synthesis of Crystalline Organic Compounds)
Prerequisites
Students are required to have sufficient background of chemistry in high school.
Required Text(s) and Materials
Original textbook is presented in the first lesson.

Message from instructor(s)
Caution to students!
Because this course has only seven times for lesson, which is insufficient to complete the program, one of the sight themes , i.e. "Organic Chemistry I" is shifted to the course of "Experiment on Environmental and Natural Resource Science Ⅱ (013327)". Therefore, you are emphatically recommended to take this course on your own initiative.
