Course description
Constitution is the law which protects the human rights to restrict the power of government. In our history, the governments violated human rights many times. So we the people need the constitution.
In this class, I explain what the human right is and what the limitation of the human right is. And I explain Japanese constitution's characteristics.
Expected Learning
The goal of this class is to understand legal notions which I will explain in this class.
